About us

years and years of stressful work and today I wonder why.

to make money? I haven't done any.

to find solutions to the whys of life? I have found too few in comparison to the many.

o forge human relationships? certainly, I have had many and also very good ones but they have also been lost, burned by this senseless carousel.

what do you want? it's time for second thoughts over the years and with age... (F. Guccini) So one day 15 years ago I decided: I'll get a professional fisherman's license on the lake and open a B&B, it's better to go back to living day by day and be able to meet people who are often nice and polite, sometimes truly unique and then we'll see how it goes. at worst we don't stress too much.

Now even this period is over, by now it was too tiring to manage the B&B alone and the years (and my back..) made themselves felt!
So I decided to offer guests a superior level of accommodation with more services and privacy, but for me less burden and effort.

We'll all be happy about it and I'll put all the experience I've accumulated over the years into it, also made with the mistakes I've been able to remedy by always serving the Guest in the best possible way.

For sure here we offer tranquility and serenity, everything else falls into place.

Thanks to all those who will decide to stay with us but also thanks to those who will ask us for information.

italian bed and breakfasts

Whether in the historic centers of art cities or Italian villages, charming or design residences, ancient villas or farmhouses in the countryside, Italian bed and breakfasts offer a more intimate and familiar dimension of hospitality that has conquered the heart for years of the most aware and informed travelers.

The Bed and Breakfast has proved to be a winning choice for those who have decided to use this way to get in touch with the beauty of the country and with the hospitality of its people; those who choose to stay in a B&B appreciate the added value of family hospitality and savings.

The B&B produces wealth, employs thousands of people, revives historic centers and is a comparable alternative to hotel accommodation. This is why the number of B&Bs in Italy is constantly growing and that the number of people who choose the B&B during a trip also increases in times of crisis.

The positive trend is also due to the Italian B&Bs which, over the years, have considerably improved their standards without compromising the quality / price ratio which has greatly contributed to repositioning this form of micro-accommodation on the market.

Widespread throughout the Italian territory, B&Bs interpret a different and more personal need to travel.

The B&B is an excellent opportunity to experience the Italian regional hospitality and celebrate together with the managers an accommodation formula with infinite variations.

Diversification is in fact one of the pillars of the success of Italian B&Bs.
