The rates refer to the apartment and include everything you need for breakfast that you will find at your disposal in the kitchenette, they include all water, gas, electricity consumption, bedroom and bathroom linen, final cleaning and City tax.
You can also use for free:

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available to guests.
The first extra bed for a child up to 12 years is free, other beds 15.00 euros / night each.
It is possible to pay by credit card, Satispay or in cash upon arrival when we will issue you the regular receipt, which by law you will have to keep during your stay.
For long and summer bookings made well in advance we ask for a deposit of 30% to be paid by bank transfer.
If you need extended stays, whether for vacation, business or other, we will agree on special rates.
